Su Bai takes over a struggling fishery on a deserted island and unexpectedly awakens the Heart of the Sea God, gaining the ability to hear the inner thoughts of marine creatures. A proud orca, a clever team of working sea otters, a gentle family of white dolphins, and other rare marine creatures voluntarily flock to him.
