Three months after joining the sect, junior sister Mu Qingxue publicly accuses her senior brother Zhao Changsheng, a cultivator at the Mahayana stage, of stealing her only Foundation-Building Pill. No one believes her, and instead, she is locked away in a stone prison in the back mountain. Even more outrageous, Zhao Changsheng admits that he was involved in the tragedy that befell her family years ago. The senior brothers and sisters who come to help her also suffer one misfortune after another. At the brink of despair, Mu Qingxue unexpectedly obtains the inheritance of a mysterious Heavenly Venerable. Driven by her overwhelming obsession, she cultivates the Supreme Record of Unfeeling and vows to defeat Zhao Changsheng herself three years later. But what she doesn't know is that everything happening before her eyes is actually a special cultivation plan secretly arranged by the entire sect.
