Unlucky corporate slave Ling Xi wins the lottery but dies suddenly on the spot, transmigrating into a cannon-fodder legitimate daughter whose fortune and luck are drained and her body thrown into an abyss by her biological father and fiancé joining forces. On the verge of death, she binds with the Koi System, awakens the Fate Heavenly Book, and forms a symbiotic contract with the ghost-faced Asura Si Wangshu, holding the Fate-Intercepting Law to intercept opportunities and take revenge on scum. Along the way, she allies with Tianji Pavilion Master Baili Ce to scheme for her, while the aloof sword immortal Dugu Ao protects her with his sword. The three accompany and assist her in investigating past grievances, uncovering the upper realm's plot of body seizure, and ultimately becoming the Heavenly Mandate Empress who commands the fortune and luck of the three realms.
