Surgeon Qiao Xingyue traveled back in time to the 1970s, becoming a two-hundred-pound country girl. Slimming down into a graceful Qiao Xingyue, she relied on her medical skills and a pair of twin daughters to struggle for survival. During a mine disaster emergency rescue, she performed surgery on the injured Commander Xie, unaware that the iron-blooded tough guy before her was none other than the man who had had a mistaken encounter with her back then. By a twist of fate, she brought her children into the compound to work as a nanny, and the two spent every day together, guarding against each other while secretly falling in love.
