Modern Jinhua Guzicheng live-streaming anchor Jin Xiaowu accidentally time-traveled to ancient Wuzhou by crashing into a wall during a live stream, and encountered the down-and-out former dynasty crown prince Xiao Yan. A Jinhua flaky pastry became a single-person time-limited time-travel key, and a whole ham can achieve two-way round trips. After discovering the secret of cross-world travel, the two plan to start a cross-space-time business relying on local specialties such as Jinhua ham, flaky pastries, and Buddha's hand citrons. While getting exploding orders on live streams in the modern era, they open the "Crown Prince Selection" shop in ancient times. However, the Yongan dynasty pursuer, Captain Zhao, bites onto the crown prince and refuses to let go, tracking him to the modern era along the space-time fluctuations. Crises in both worlds erupt simultaneously, and a storm spanning ancient and modern times thus unfolds.
