Yu Duoduo is a pushover in the workplace. Despite working the most overtime, her colleagues constantly steal credit for her work. Even her boyfriend of five years, who is also her boss, cheats on her with a coworker who has connections. After becoming so furious that she ends up hospitalized, she unexpectedly awakens an Unemployment System. Its rules are simple: mess up at work and get scolded to earn rewards, but getting fired will earn her a staggering ten billion yuan. Determined to stop trying, Yu Duoduo starts doing whatever she pleases, submitting unfinished work, talking back to her superiors, and refusing to tolerate her well-connected coworker. However, every time she tries to sabotage herself, others interpret her actions as bold and innovative. The harder she tries to get fired, the more promotions and raises she receives, until, through a series of unexpected twists, she becomes a company partner.
