Chen Mo, a project team leader at a major corporation, encounters outrageous demands during a blind date. To help his parents hold their heads high in their village, he has no choice but to rent the company's seemingly ordinary intern, Qin Siyue, at a daily rate of 2,500 to pose as his girlfriend and return to his hometown for the Dragon Boat Festival. Qin Siyue appears gentle and obedient on the surface, but her background is astonishing. Hiding her true identity as an intern, she actively cooperates with Chen Mo's act and uses her own resources to create good fortune for him all the way, allowing Chen Mo's path to flourish effortlessly. After returning to the countryside, with high emotional intelligence and proper manners, gentle, filial, thrifty, and good at housekeeping, Qin Siyue easily resolves the difficulties and ridiculing from Chen Mo's relatives, completely reversing the Chen family's status in the village.
