In a cultivation world where the strong rule supreme, Su Yu has a mixed spiritual root and seems destined to have no place on the path to immortality. By a twist of fate, he obtains an ancient treasure furnace. Scrap pills become spiritual elixirs, damaged manuals turn into supreme cultivation techniques, and the furnace rewrites his destiny. The Heavenly Dao Sect appears to be a sacred immortal sect, but beneath its holy exterior, dark currents are stirring. Demonic spies lurk within, and internal power struggles rage on. While carefully guarding the secret of his treasure furnace, Su Yu diligently practices alchemy and cultivation, survives countless crises, breaks free from the shackles of his menial disciple status, and steadily pursues his dream of becoming an immortal.
