Eight-year-old Doudou can understand animal talk, but has always been called a "disaster star" by her family. Meeting in the mountains once, she saves the injured Lin Shubai and also meets the Lin family who are willing to take her home. After coming to her new family, Doudou and her animal friends look for clues, help her uncle clear his grievances, welcome back her lost second uncle, and accompany her family through one difficulty after another.
