Rabbit demon Su Xiaotang saves a dying small black beast, and he marries her. After Ah Xuan's old injury relapses and he is taken away by his clansmen, there is no news of him. Su Xiaotang gives birth to Tuantuan and Yuanyuan, raising them to three years old. On their birthday, the twin cubs grow golden horns and spout divine fire, turning out to be black qilins. Her missing husband Mo Xuan returns as the Qilin Emperor, but he was once drugged and fell into a deep sleep. To stabilize the children's divine fire, the family enters the Qilin Palace, only to discover that palace rules require taking away the mother's custody and forcibly engraving the clan registry seal. Su Xiaotang protects her cubs, investigates and exposes the conspiracy of Bai Qiluo and Mo Lie with Mo Xuan, and destroys the main formation disk. Qinggu and other mother and children reunite, and the couple holds a make-up wedding and returns to the village. Su Xiaotang is invited to go to the Ten Thousand Demons City as the rabbit clan representative to attend the Hundred Clans Conference.
