Burdened with 180,000 yuan in debt, Lin Qiu unexpectedly gets a second chance at life. He has no magical shortcut to sudden wealth, only a single deep fryer. Setting up a fried chicken stall outside a school, he recruits a group of elementary school student agents as his subordinates. Facing regulations, rival vendors who exploit his name to undermine him, and tempting offers for lucrative franchise deals, he remains true to his principles about ingredients and gradually builds his business into Sparkling Food Time. With a warm light and a pot of hot food, he not only repays his debts but also brings warmth and hope to the ordinary lives of countless people.
