When the young master of Tianji Pavilion, Xie Changan, suffered a family annihilation case at the age of seven, after being adopted by his enemy Xie Qingtian, he bided his time for twelve years, disguising himself as good-for-nothing while secretly practicing the secret intelligence arts. As the martial arts tournament begins, he joins hands with his childhood friend Jin Yuanbao, the grateful assassin Li Han, and the justice-upholding daughter of the enemy Yun Pianpian, publicly exposing the truth of the Tianji Pavilion annihilation case, and launching a life-and-death decisive battle with his enemies. Ultimately, Xie Changan thoroughly comprehends the true essence of the secret wisdom arts, executes the chief evildoer, resolves the twenty-year grudge and knot in his heart, rebuilds Tianji Pavilion, and guards the jianghu justice together with a group of close friends.
