As an official prequel to the "Picked Up a Ginseng Baby in the Mountains" series, this work tells the deep mountain adventures of Yaya before meeting the herb gatherer Pan Jun. Yaya, a millennium-old ginseng baby who has just taken human form, is fair, tender, and soft, hiding in a secret mountain realm where no one can find. She has formed partnerships with the gray wolves, tigers, black bears, and foxes in the mountains. In the undisturbed deep mountains, a soft, cute, and healing fantasy adventure is quietly unfolding.
