Tang La, a girl from the Sichuan countryside with immense natural strength, goes to the city to make money for her critically ill sister's medical fees. By a twist of fate, she becomes the personal caregiver for Gu Yanchen, the young master of the wealthiest Gu family. Gu Yanchen, who has become introverted and despondent after a leg injury, is forcefully brought back to normal life by Tang La's "unpolished" methods. Domineeringly protecting her husband and slapping villains in the face, she builds her career and solves crises along the way. She not only heals the young master's inner trauma but also carves out her own business domain, until the two eventually run toward each other for a happy ending.
