In the millennium, fisherman Chen Haifeng saved money to cure his mother's illness and buy a boat, but was betrayed by his girlfriend Song Li and Xu Jingui, and thrown into the deep sea to feed sharks. When dying, the ancestral jade pendant awakened the blood pact of a hundred beasts, saving him and allowing him to make contracts with helped sea beasts to acquire abilities. Chen Haifeng escaped death, and with the help of purchasing agent Gu Qingyue and childhood friend Zhao Dayong, went out to sea to work hard, successively contracting seven powerful sea beasts, forming a fleet, building cold storage and processing plants, and insisting on ecological fishing. Facing the endless malicious suppression and framing of Xu's father and son, Chen Haifeng resolved crises one by one. Finally, he smashed the monopoly conspiracy of the Xu family, built a complete seafood industry chain, and started a voyage heading to the world's seas.
