The courtyard gate of Lin Qingquan, a university history student, unexpectedly opens a passage through time, connecting the past and present. Li Shimin of the Zhenguan era and Zhu Yuanzhang of the Hongwu era arrive after being transported through dreams of prophecy, and they draw their swords against each other at their very first meeting.
