Chen Jiang, who returned to his village after working in the city, is looked down upon by his matchmaking prospect Zhao Qian due to his family's poverty, but he activates a dragon ball in the ancestral Black Dragon Pool, gaining the ability to control water and perceive seafood. He goes out to sea to catch top-quality seafood, joins hands with Linhaiguan Hotel owner Xu Zhixia to create the "Dragon King Seafood Banquet", and wins hotel shares through his strength. Upon learning the truth, Zhao Qian regrets and begs to reconcile, but is politely declined by Chen Jiang. Chen Jiang charters a boat to explore Longya Island, activates the dragon vein to form a dragon territory, and harvests an abundance of seafood; he also develops the backyard mountain to build an ecological aquaculture base, driving employment and prosperity for the entire village. Now, he and Xu Zhixia are planning a provincial chain, turning barren mountains into golden mountains and giving the fishing village a brand-new look.
