A thousand years ago, the Demon Lord led ten thousand demons of the demon realm in a great war against the immortal realm. Ye Buwen, the ruler of the Pantheon, led the immortals and the demon realm into battle. After perishing together, a wisp of his residual soul fell into the mortal world. The left and right protectors of the Pantheon searched the mortal world for the whereabouts of the master's residual soul, using a nursing home as a cover. Later, they discovered that the residual soul had already infiltrated the mortal Ye Chen's body. He handed the nursing home over to Ye Chen and taught him the Nine Dragons Secret Art, but Ye Chen mistook it for square dancing.
