On his wedding night, Ning Chuan is falsely accused of treason by his fiancée, Liu Ruyan. His entire family is exterminated, and he is reduced to a slave conscript and exiled to Black Iron City. After lying low for sixteen years, his God of War System awakens in a fit of rage, helping him rise to power. Facing the 100,000-strong army of the Golden Tent Khanate, he dazzles everyone with his archery, defeats enemy generals one after another, and is promoted to Centurion. Leading a suicide squad deep into enemy territory, he poisons the guards, captures King Hachi, and shoots down Bateer, a half-step Xiantian expert, but tragically loses his comrade Zhou Han. After his triumphant return, he is appointed a Thousand-Man Commander but receives only a meager reward. He rescues his surviving clansmen and secretly administers a hundred-day madness poison to the Liu family, swearing to make them pay in blood.
