Senior welder Liang Chuan once saved his cousin, only for the family to cover up the truth of his work-related injury. Working through the night to repair equipment, he used his superb skills to win an 80 million order for the factory, but the credit was stolen by his cousin, and he also suffered emotional betrayal. After resigning, he faced industry-wide suppression, but when driven to a desperate corner, he passed a major factory's rigorous assessment through genuine skill. He upheld industry safety bottom lines, refused to take the blame for others' mistakes, proved his own value with technology and principles, and guarded the legitimate rights and interests of ordinary workers.
