Yang Fan was once an orphaned survivor of the Yang family. Five years ago, stranded in Nancheng, he was saved by Zhou Lu and later became an intern doctor at Chongming Hospital. He lived a low-key life while concealing his identity as the Dragon Head of the Heavenly Dragon Hall, only to be betrayed by his ex-girlfriend Zhou Lu, humiliated by office director Wang Dahai, and framed for bribery by Zhang Yunfeng. With the support of Ye Qingcheng and hospital president Liu Yanran, Yang Fan not only cleared his wrongful grievances but also displayed astonishing medical skills and martial arts strength. As major factions took turns applying pressure, Yang Fan single-handedly founded Longteng Group while dealing with threats from the Jiangnan Martial Arts Association and the Blood Shadow Organization. Moving deftly through business warfare and martial arts, he ultimately steered Longteng Group onto the right track, and his relationship with Liu Yanran also ushered in a new beginning.
