After becoming a permanent employee, workplace newcomer An Qi announces that she will treat the entire company to coffee. She appears generous and considerate, but privately has her eye on her colleague Lin Lin's prepaid coffee shop membership card, planning to use the invitation to bolster her own image. Perceptive Lin Lin sets a spending password on the membership card in advance, foiling An Qi's little scheme on the spot and leaving her publicly embarrassed. Rather than reflect on her behavior, An Qi spreads false rumors and maliciously slanders Lin Lin. Lin Lin calmly gathers evidence to protect her rights. Six months later, she runs into An Qi again, this time scheming to entrap Gu Ming, a group director.
