Lu Ze possesses a computer that can descend into the Ghost Realm game. To survive, he will travel through the Ghost Realm to complete and redeem the obsessive desires of various female ghosts. Each redeemed female ghost will grant one month of lifespan. Because the game allows infinite save loads, during this time he uses trial-and-error reloads to eventually figure out the cyclical death traps, cracking the ghostly realm's obsessive deadlocks one by one, redeeming female ghosts to fight alongside him step by step, and ultimately upgrading the computer on his path to becoming a god.
