During the wheat harvest season, agricultural machinery operator Han Liqiu helps aunt Wu Cuifen harvest crops and solve difficult problems, and little darling Xiaohua is also very grateful to uncle Liqiu. After learning about this, some fellow villagers come to ask Liqiu for help, so Han Liqiu sets clear rules for fees and operations. However, in the following days, he suffers financial losses due to kindly carrying goods for others. He Yongchang, who has returned to the village, deliberately magnifies the conflict, is dissatisfied with the rules set by Han Liqiu, and tries to vie for the candidacy of the cooperative's chairman. Just as a heavy rain strikes, the externally hired harvester suddenly breaks down, and the village's wheat faces the crisis of rotting in the fields. Han Liqiu adheres to his duties, prioritizes completing the demonstration field harvest task, and wins the recognition of the villagers.
