Waking up after a dream, Ye Changqing unexpectedly finds himself reborn as an evergreen blade of grass beside a spiritual pond, accidentally activating an evolution system. Relying on photosynthesis, blind box rewards, and grass-seed avatars, he constantly evolves from a weak spiritual grass trampled by anyone, and is even brought back to the Holy Land by the Taicang Holy Maiden Jin Li to be carefully nurtured. From seizing treasures in Sword Abyss and exploring the Burning Heaven Divine Palace, to sect struggles, secret realm battles, and dark calamities, Ye Changqing cultivates the sword dao and masters all laws with his grass-and-wood body, guarding the Great Wilderness shoulder-to-shoulder with Jin Li, and ultimately fusing with the Heavenly Heart Mark to ascend to the imperial throne, achieving the legendary Green Emperor whose fame shakes ancient and modern times.
