Bai Luotu, China's strongest Go player, is renowned as the Go Saint of China. During the climactic Go Saint Championship, he is secretly poisoned by his opponent. When he opens his eyes again, the Go Saint's soul has transmigrated into the body of an ordinary young man, Li Zimo. Once taciturn and completely uninterested in Go, Li Zimo now possesses supreme Go skills. Previously scorned and looked down upon by everyone, he now rises from obscurity with his extraordinary playing strength, astonishes the Go world, humiliates all his mockers, and becomes a heaven-gifted Go genius admired by all.
