The Xu family, officials of the Ministry of Revenue, are framed, and the whole clan is exiled to Yazhou. Modern girl Xu Zhao transmigrates to become the legitimate daughter, finding that the place of exile is Sanya, which she is familiar with, and relies on skills in beachcombing and seafood processing to support the whole family. She sets up a stall to sell grilled oysters, supplies restaurants, catches green lobsters, and dries peanut worms, earning her first pot of gold, defeating false accusations by side branches, and purchasing property to settle down. Li Hu, the dock bully, monopolizes the fishing grounds, forcibly collects regular fees, and cuts off her sales channels. Xu Zhao bravely enters turbulent reefs to catch wild groupers to save herself; in hurricane natural disasters, she risks her life to rescue trapped fishermen, wins the people's hearts, brings down Li Hu with an anonymous account book, and takes over the dock resources.
