The young man Wen Zhou goes out to sea to make a living in order to treat his ailing sister. He encounters danger, is saved by the dragon-clan maiden Long Ling, awakens the Purple-Extreme Divine Pupils, and obtains the dragon-clan heritage. Facing the exploitation of his biased family members, he resolutely separates the family to stand on his own, relying on supernatural powers to forage the sea for survival, single-mindedly raising the treatment funds for his sister. Wen Zhou holds fast to his original intentions, holds the ocean in awe, and does not resort to draining the pond to catch fish. Afterwards, he fights against illegal businessmen who attempt to destroy the ocean and guards the marine ecology. Accompanied by Long Ling and others, he continuously grows, guarding his family while shouldering the responsibility of protecting the azure sea, heading towards their own sea of stars.
