In a massive factory fire, Gu Chengchuan watched with his own eyes as his fiancee Lin Xuening gave the only escape rope to Zhao Zhipeng, perishing with deep resentment. Reborn back at their engagement banquet, he no longer tolerates it, resolutely calling off the wedding and refusing to give up the housing he earned through his years of service. Lin Xuening, who missed out on a good man, bitterly repented, but Gu Chengchuan had already rushed toward his own new manufacturing era.
