Hengyuan Airlines founder Gu Jianshan travels low-profile. After completing check-in, he encounters internet celebrity Qiao Man forcibly demanding his flight seat. Relying on being the girlfriend of Gu Jianshan's son, Qiao Man colludes with supervisor Liang Zhicheng to exert pressure, publicly tearing up his boarding pass. Counter employee Xu Xiaohe adheres to rules and gets suppressed in return. Refusing to flash his identity to throw his weight around, Gu Jianshan demands headquarters review the matter according to rules. The investigation exposes overstepping authority and non-compliant operations, along with Qiao Man's scam of defrauding multiple passengers of money by exploiting airline seat reservations. The involved personnel receive legal and institutional punishment, victims receive refunds and compensation, and Xu Xiaohe, who stood by principles, has her name vindicated.
