An elderly woman from a mountain village climbs the mountain to gather medicinal herbs. Unable to bear watching a lioness suffer, she risks her life to save the lioness struggling to give birth, forging an extraordinary bond of kindness. After she returns home, her family's livelihood is cruelly destroyed, and she mistakenly blames the pride. Little does she know that the Lion King will lead his pride to her doorstep in the dead of night to repay her kindness. The lions rescue a destitute young heiress fleeing an arranged marriage, help a poor young man find his destined match, and assist the family in exposing evildoers and restoring order. In the end, good and evil each meet their just fate. One compassionate thought brings the whole family happiness and fulfillment, its echoes resounding throughout the mountains.
