Ye Feng, a modern-day transmigrator, takes over the body of an abused disciple of the Luoyun Sect and awakens the Endless Devouring System. The original body's owner was victimized by Luo Tianqi and Xiao Xian'er, who joined forces to drain his blood and plot his death. Using his devouring cultivation technique, Ye Feng escapes and begins his revenge. He first drives a wedge between his enemies, leaving Luo Tianqi abandoned by everyone and ultimately pushing him to take his own life. Ye Feng saves Xiao Xian'er's family and brings her under his command. Along the way, he rescues Xiaobai, a badly wounded three-tailed fox. The Luoyun Sect's Golden Core Grand Elder cultivates by refining Blood Pills and repeatedly hunts Ye Feng down, forcing him to flee into the Myriad Spirits Mountain Range. There, Ye Feng uses the resources of an ancient spirit garden to break through to the Golden Core realm and helps Xiao Xian'er stabilize her cultivation. He then joins forces with the sects that have also suffered at the Luoyun Sect's hands, forming an alliance army and leading them in an assault on the Luoyun Sect. Fighting alongside Xiao Xian'er and Xiaobai, Ye Feng finally kills the Grand Elder responsible for countless atrocities.
