A young man who cannot stop coughing arrives in Baishou Town. Everyone assumes he is a sickly fraud trying to deceive people, but no one expects him to be the legendary Supreme Li Changsheng. Although his old injuries from Mount Longhu have yet to heal, he goes on to unravel the mystery of the yellow weasel spirits, subdue the Yin soldiers, and battle evil Taoist practitioners. Following a trail of supernatural incidents, he eventually makes his way into the Western City. When the legendary Taoist master who disappeared ten years ago finally reappears, the evil spirits lurking in bustling streets and ancient temples remember the fear they once felt under this name.
