Inventor Boke and partner Pike drive the mobile laboratory "Lapin Rouge", shuttling through the city selling emotion potions, getting involved in a series of social events revolving around happiness, pain, fear, and truth. From just selling medicine for money, the two gradually learn to take responsibility, fight against the manager who stole the potion technology, and uncover the conspiracy behind it.
