At school, Chi Sui and Ji Xiwen seem like complete opposites. Chi Sui is the grade's star student, a promising candidate for science competitions, popular with everyone, and admired by classmates for his striking looks. In contrast, the transfer student Ji Xiwen is quiet and reserved, dresses plainly, and keeps a low profile in class, with heavy bangs always hiding his eyebrows and eyes. No one knows that every Friday, the two return to the same home. When they first meet, Chi Sui lays down three rules, insisting that they pretend not to know each other at school. But when he sees someone hand Ji Xiwen a confession letter, the stubborn, sharp-tongued boy completely loses his composure.
