A hundred years ago, supernatural horrors descended and ravaged the human world. Those born with extraordinary abilities formed the Specter-Hunting Association and drove the horrors out of the human realm. In 2026, a transfer student wearing an eyepatch, Wang Jiabao, arrives at Shenbei University. When he introduces himself by saying, “My dream is world peace,” the entire class mocks him as a delusional chuunibyou. Nobody knows that an ancient, ferocious specter named Black Taotie dwells in his right eye. In a world that appears peaceful but remains fraught with hidden dangers, Wang Jiabao repeatedly reveals his strength and humiliates those who underestimate him. Yet his unusual nature attracts the attention of the Specter-Hunting Association and mysterious forces, setting in motion the revelation of a long-buried connection.
