Fishery village youth Liu Xing borrowed money to treat his grandfather's illness, and after being forced to fall into the sea, accidentally obtained the East China Sea Divine Dragon inheritance, awakening supernatural abilities such as underwater breathing, controlling fish schools, and seeing through the seabed. Relying on the divine dragon's power, he went sea-foraging and treasure hunting, rising all the way from a bottom-tier fisherman, slapping bad people in the face, befriending dignitaries, and founding Xinghan Ocean Company, ultimately transforming into a golden dragon to guard the East China Sea and achieving a Haicheng legend.
