Qiao Yun, the daughter of the chief imperial physician of the Imperial Hospital, had previously spoken up for the female physician Xie Zhirou, only to have her medical skills stolen by the latter using mind-reading, leading to the destruction of the entire Qiao family. Reborn, she saw through the secret, feigned weakness, and secretly plotted. When Xie Zhirou treated the emperor's headache, Qiao Yun silently recited the castration-pig chant, causing her to fumble and nearly harm the dragon's body, ruining her reputation on the spot. Assisted by the fifth prince, Xie Zhirou colluded with Northern Di to repeatedly harm the Qiao family and Crown Prince Zhao Jingheng. Qiao Yun used her medical skills and wits to clear grievances and pacify disasters, expose the treasonous conspiracy, rose all the way to a rank-2 female imperial physician, was sealed as a generation's medical saint, and stayed together with the crown prince. She founded a women's medical academy, compiled the Great Qi Medical Canon, practiced medicine to save the world, and passed down through the ages as a romance.
