Chen Xiaotang, a white-collar worker in the provincial capital, faces rejection when she tries to promote a camellia oil project. Determined to pursue her dream, she quits her job and returns to her hometown to start a business. Back in the village, she faces skepticism from the villagers, opposition from her mother, and a series of setbacks, including a typhoon that destroys the forest, difficulties with oil extraction, malicious slander from competitors, and transportation problems. With the help of her close friend and fellow villager Zhao Xiaomao, she opens up sales channels through e-commerce and takes the lead in establishing a camellia oil cooperative. By resolving conflicts with villagers and competitors through understanding and tolerance, and remaining committed to traditional wild camellia oil cold-pressing techniques, she leads the entire village toward shared prosperity. Eventually, she is recognized as a Provincial Youth Pioneer in Rural Revitalization, becoming a golden phoenix that brings prosperity to her remote mountain village.
