Shanaogou Village fruit grower Lin Xiulian guards a thirty-year chestnut orchard while her husband is gravely ill waiting for surgery money. Internet celebrity Zhou Hao packaged the orchard as a free autumn-picking secret realm, incited tourists to loot it, and edited a video to portray her as an overbearing countrywoman. After returning college student Chen Shan investigated the contract and the truth, he used the law and evidence to help her fight back. Ultimately, Zhou Hao was punished and his account banned, the village bully was caught, and Wang Cuihua apologized and paid compensation. Lin Xiulian livestreamed selling chestnuts to scrape together the surgery money, her husband's surgery succeeded, and the village established new rules: fallen fruit can be picked, but those on the trees are not allowed to be hit. True autumn-picking gathers the kindness of human hearts and the warmth of rules.
