She establishes a stronghold with survivors such as the wolf-pack host Zhao Ming, an old man, and a girl, gradually restoring city facilities and exposing the truth of the system. In the end, she heads to the headquarters, submits a resignation application to the assessment initiator, ends the city-wide mandatory assessment, and welcomes paid leave.
