The Bai and Chen families have been Go-playing families for generations. Bai Luoluo is the youngest daughter of the Bai family, where family tradition forbids women from learning Go. Her mother secretly teaches her the game and reveals its true principles to her. After being framed and killed by the Chen family, her mother leaves Luoluo determined to master Go. Growing up, Luoluo devotes herself to studying the game and disguises herself as a man to uphold justice. She even earns the title of Go God, yet no one in the Bai family knows her true identity. One day, the Bai family patriarch, determined to protect the family's reputation, arranges for her to marry the Chen family's foolish youngest son. Luoluo refuses to argue. Just then, members of the Chen family arrive to provoke the Bai family with a Go challenge. Upon discovering the truth behind her mother's death, Luoluo decides to enter the competition herself.
