Lu Yuan, an administrative manager, goes undercover to gather evidence and happens to meet Qin Amei, a shop owner from Liuzhou. Every day, she spends six full hours simmering authentic snail and pork bone broth, using fresh, quality ingredients in her open kitchen. Her noodles are delicious and leave customers feeling good.
