He Chunmei, the helmsman of Dingwei Group, strips away her career halo and returns to her son's home disguised as an ordinary rural old lady. Upon her return, she brings hometown flavored ingredients, but encounters misunderstanding and contempt from her daughter-in-law and in-laws, and is even assigned to live in a cramped room. Deeply hiding her true identity, she quietly observes her son's career and family life. When her granddaughter encounters campus conflicts, she fights on reason to protect the child; as her son participates in important catering projects and encounters consecutive dilemmas, He Chunmei adheres to principles without special preferential treatment, guiding her son to overcome difficulties through his own abilities. Ultimately, the identity is revealed, the family resolves their misunderstandings, and He Chunmei chooses to return to the fireworks of daily life, opening a home-style restaurant.
