Lin Fan studied medicine on the mountain for several years; his medical skills became great, but he lacked human warmth. His master told him to go down the mountain to gain experience and see his fiancée, Su Qingwan. Holding a head-chopping blade, Lin Fan wielded his sword to practice medicine and venture across the ends of the world, getting to know major dignitaries, reaping both wealth and romance. Su Qingwan expressed: My husband's medical skills are heaven-defying, except that for no reason he always likes to use a head-chopping blade to cure diseases! It's somewhat terrifying! Lin Fan expressed: What kind of talk is this? I call this 'blade falls, disease eliminated'! Medical skills reach the heaven!
