Prince Regent Feng Xiaohan shakes the imperial court with his might, yet he is helpless against his two-year-old daughter Yuyu. At the flower-viewing banquet, he peels pomegranates for her; when the emperor wants to bestow a princess title, he publicly declines. Back at the manor, Yuyu pesters daddy to test their strength, practice calligraphy, and even climbs up the rafters, driving him to personally carry her down for a bath. Defying all opposition, he builds a public academy where children of officials can study regardless of gender. But the emperor harbors secret suspicions, even ordering someone to sketch Yuyu's likeness. Behind the warmth of the prince's manor, danger is closing in.
