Lin Xiaomai, a top agricultural university graduate, returns to her hometown and discovers that the orchard her father left behind is being seized by village bully Wang Dahu to settle a debt. She publicly stakes everything on a thirty-day challenge. Using the modern agricultural techniques she learned at university, she revives dying fruit trees in just two days and gains the full support of Lu Chen, a fresh-produce platform executive. Wang Dahu cuts off her water supply and sets traps, but Lin Xiaomai discovers an underground spring and exposes a commercial conspiracy. Ultimately, her eco-friendly fruit, boasting zero pesticide residues and exceptional sugar-heart quality, defeats the capital-backed giant's artificially ripened produce at a national exhibition and wins the gold medal. She leads the villagers onto a path to prosperity through science and helps her former adversaries see the error of their ways and join her in protecting their land.
