In sheer desperation, she turns to Fu Jingchuan, the dazzling campus figure, for protection. Fu Jingchuan, who suffers from a disorder involving contact with the opposite sex, has no abnormal reaction to her alone, and thus keeps her by his side to ensure her safety. The gentle medical student Song Beichen, Xie Lin with his mysterious background, and Fu Jingchuan's older brother Fu Hanchuan are all captivated by her pure nature. Accompanied and cared for by everyone around her, Fang Qingli gradually transforms and grows, slowly learning to distinguish between friendship and romantic feelings as she searches for her own true belonging.
