Senior technician Shen Yihang resigned due to humiliation by the new team leader Tong Lie. Subsequently, the factory's imported production lines became paralyzed and no one could repair them. Shen Yihang refused the original factory's retention and joined the competitor Haichuang, gaining high salary and respect. He eventually returned to Jiangtai as technical director, sent Tong Lie and others to prison through legal means, and established a technical training system, winning professional dignity.
