He Chuan, a young man returning to his hometown, only wants to take a break in the village, but his second uncle, He Dazhuang, recruits him to help local villagers promote their agricultural products through livestreaming. Faced with piles of garlic scapes and the agricultural challenges of neighboring villages, He Chuan puts his planning expertise to work, combining livestreaming with rural experiences and fun countryside activities. He gets city visitors to come out to the fields, where they enjoy harvesting garlic scapes, tossing potatoes into baskets, adopting free-range chickens, and other entertaining activities that help them discover village life and learn about local produce. Amid a series of hilarious mishaps, He Chuan gradually transforms from a temporary helper into a trusted partner in helping farmers. Together, they find creative new ways to make farm work fun, and he rediscovers his own sense of direction.
